  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Under the UK GDPR we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you have signed up for), legitimate interests (to operate, secure and improve the Service), consent (for marketing and optional tracking) and legal obligation (where we are required to process data by law).

5. Sharing your information

  • Service providers — hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support and communications partners who act on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors and insurers where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, regulation or legal process.
  • Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where we transfer your data internationally we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.

7. How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
